HolaQR is run by Roverm Holding B.V. This page explains what personal data we process when you visit holaqrcode.com, and what your rights are.

What we collect today
You cannot create an account or a QR page yet, so we do not ask you for any personal data. We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies.
- Server logs. Like every website, our server records technical data for each request: your IP address, the page you asked for, the time and your browser type. We use this only to keep the site running and secure, and keep it for a short period.
- Email. If you email us, we use your address and message only to answer you.
Services we use
- Fly.io hosts the website, on servers in Amsterdam.
- Google Fonts and jsDelivr deliver the fonts and a script the pages use. Your browser connects to them directly, so they see your IP address.
- Google Workspace handles our email.
Some of these companies are based in the United States. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email hello@holaqrcode.com and we will answer within a month. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Changes
When you can create QR pages and accounts, we will update this policy before that goes live, to cover the data those features need.
